This modem may have been good when it was new and I knew it was risky to buy a used modem but the supplement said "in good condition". The modem was delivered on time, in good packaging. The modem basically worked for about 5 minutes and then hung up. connect for about as long, register with mediacom and watch out for good speed, then surf. then after a few minutes of surfing they hung up. I turned it off, let it sit for 30 minutes and tried again. It's frozen again. So I put my original modem back in and tried again the same day. The same happened on the second day. i give it back I'm not upset as long as I get my money back. UPDATE: I got my money back. The seller did what he had to do and I consider them respected for that.
