Installation is a little tricky, but a few YouTube videos make it easy. I had a problem connecting the power supply to the NTG controller, I had to try different cables to power it up. Also, don't forget to set it up properly for your car as there are many settings. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to start up to connect to the phone and requires you to close the Airplay app for it to work. But the added benefit of Carplay on older cars is unbeatable. I doubted it wouldn't sound as good as it did through the AUX input, but it sounds just as good as the radio. It's better to have this touchscreen than the newer non-touchscreen Mercedes screens (until 2021). A little pricey, but Mercedes screens don't have much competition.
