Looks great. Difficult to install

Looks good in the car. Fits perfectly. But the installation was such a pain. I had to apply all the troubleshooting tips. Directions are useless because they're just a bunch of pictures. Vendor support was good, but it's via WhatsApp so you'll have to be patient. This is more of an 8 hour setup, expects 1-2.2015 Mercedes e400

Customer service is outstanding.

This arrangement is mostly straight forward and to the point. Of course, it differs from model to model, but it has all the available options for all the amenities your car can have. First of all, the customer support was outstanding. They helped me overcome small issues and the screen fits perfectly. Literally the best aftermarket product I have ever bought for my Mercedes. I will buy another screen for my other cars.

Radio and customer service are rubbish and very embarrassing. I promise I want my money back.

Over $1000 trying to install it because it's so hard to install and they're trying but I can't get over the feeling that it's total garbage. I have to wait for my check from Biden to get some things that are American made with reasonable service that you will never buy from them again

Do not do that! suitable for car video

Looks good but 1. No sound at all 2. Very expensive installation. 3. 2 hours for installation? more like a full day. I've gone to every plumbing shop in my area to have this changed and still no sound. Everything was working fine until I installed this nightmarish product in my car. It's been about two weeks without music. I'm finally going to take it to the dealer ($199 just to look at it). A great upgrade for a classic car.

Installation is a little tricky, but a few YouTube videos make it easy. I had a problem connecting the power supply to the NTG controller, I had to try different cables to power it up. Also, don't forget to set it up properly for your car as there are many settings. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to start up to connect to the phone and requires you to close the Airplay app for it to work. But the added benefit of Carplay on older cars is unbeatable. This is a great upgrade for 2010 Mercedes E550 (W212) and below is the first feedback after installing the product for a day. The seller answered my questions promptly before purchasing.
