Better than I expected from a finished system

TL;DR/Final ThoughtsSpecs are surprisingly good value for money and feature well-known brand parts, although there can be a bit of variety with *which* brands. If you're looking for superior performance, this should be it. . However, the price is still a bit more than I'm willing to spend right away and the specs might be overkill for the average person where a cheaper system can adequately serve. It's a bit more expensive to get this on Black Friday than it is to get the GPU alone ($850 vs $800). The extra price was more than justified by the parts I received with the system. It arrived a day late, but I'm pretty sure it's UPS's fault, not the seller's. First impressions upon opening the box were good. I was expecting the cheapest name brand parts because the seller didn't think anyone would take it apart if they bought it ready made. It turns out I was wrong. The GPU that came to me is the ASUS DUAL-RTX2060-O6G-EVO, which is way better than I expected. The processor is of course an Intel brand, but that's to be expected. I can't remember what brand the power adapter is and since it's currently in my computer I won't go and check. However, I will say that I don't recall having any initial concerns when I saw the power supply, so I'm guessing it's at least decent. One downside that many people have pointed out is that this PC only comes with 8GB. RAM, but it's very easy to pop in another flash drive to bring the RAM up to date. The computer also has a 500GB NVMe SSD for storage. It's a bit small for today's game sizes (maybe over 100GB for triple-A games), but the connection makes it super fast, and the case has a drive bay that can be used to store extra hard drives for more storage (I have 2 TB hard drive for $50 a few months ago). All this to say that I expected the cheapest options for each category, but was surprised to find parts from well-known brands in it. some variety. For example, I previously mentioned that my GPU is an ASUS brand, and the system description said that the GPU only has 1 HDMI output and 1 display port. If you look at the image I've attached, you can see that the GPU I received looks different than the one on the product page (mine has a branding stamp on the side and an RGB stripe), but it has also 2x HDMI, 1x DisplayPort and 1x DVI connector. NOTE. The image shows the GPU in my custom build, not the finished system, but it shows what I wanted to talk about anyway. None of this is bad (actually it's good because I needed more than 1 HDMI port). Just wanted to use this as an example to say that there may be some variety in the brands of parts you receive. As for the price ranking, it gets a little questionable. Since there is an obvious variety of part brands, I will only talk about mine as an example of the system's potential. First, the selling price of the system. As I mentioned earlier, I got it on sale for $850 + taxes. When I checked the product page again a day or two after Black Friday, the price jumped to $1250 before dropping to $1015 and seems to be holding up so far. it will be a good buy. The GPU costs between $800 and $900 if you buy it separately. So you're effectively paying $200 for everything else in the machine - assuming the price stays around $1,015. It's a pretty good deal considering the processor is pretty good ($200 I think), the case is probably over $100, the PSU is probably around $50, etc. The bottom line seems to be the price of the computer being much lower than the sum of its parts, even more so when it's for sale. While the price is good for the parts you get, it's still over $1,000 and the specs are over the top for most games unless you want the highest FPS at high graphics settings. I wanted my car to be future proof so I wouldn't have to upgrade it for a while, but the average person might not need the performance it offers. There will be a lot of sales during the holidays so chances are it will continue. will eventually be sold again and this is the perfect time to pick it up if you are going to do so. It's advertised on the store page so I should have known that but somehow I missed it. Anyhow, they both seem pretty standard (no macro keys or anything special), but they have RGB lighting to make them look good.
