This rating is for a dispenser, proprietary toilet paper, corporate management most likely not using their own product, and human waste (management, product, organic). Well I think that pretty much sums up my opinion. I was trying to reduce TP household costs by buying in bulk and chose SofPull for its smaller footprint and simpler design. However, a small, oversized wipe requires a yard of product versus a few squares of regular household towel to get the job done. It also pulls out into a tight, brittle, useless thread if it doesn't knot in the dispenser and breaks, requiring the fabric to be opened and rethreaded over and over again. Quadruples the cleaning time. Drives you crazy!
