Review on Tangxi by James Hounds

It pains me to be a downer, but the last time I shopped at Tangxi's online store, I didn't have the best of experiences. In spite of the fact that they sell a wide assortment of electronics, computers, and accessories, the quality of their customer service was less than satisfactory. Their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful when I had a few inquiries about a product that I was interested in purchasing. And when I did eventually receive my order, I was disappointed to find that the product's quality was not as described. It had a shoddy feel to it and did not function as well as I had thought it would. Even though Tangxi might be a good choice for some people in general, I won't be turning to them in the future for any of my technological requirements.
