I love that it can be personalized with many options such us adding my own courses or not showing certain course modules when i am logged into another person's account which has been important since our organization does so much cross level collaboration! Also being able upload files like documents makes me feel less limited than having only text boxes available without any way (that ive found)to attach something other then just uploading word docs directly from email attachments etc..
The customer support team are also fantastic at responding within minutes if you have questions but we sometimes get stuck waiting longer before getting answers through emails because they do work long hours - this could perhaps improve? It was very useful especially during those first few weeks after moving over while still trying figure out how everything worked together once everyone had their accounts set up properly.
