Stopped working after 8 months; Seagate support is responsive
Rating upgraded from 1 star to 3 stars. Can later upgrade to 5 stars. The product stopped working after 8 months, but Seagate support was very quick to respond and agreed to replace the product. I was happy with the drive when it worked, but now I have to re-download all my games. I believe that customer support is part of the product. If Seagate lives up to its commitment, and in my experience they will, I will upgrade this rating to 5 stars. Very surprised and pleased with the speed and responsiveness so far.
