Works as advertised when your patient is awake and ready to try.

I used to have the original Google WiFi mesh (with Onhub TP connection) then it worked like a charm but when I had 3 people in the house they were watching 4K movies/TV, playing and streamed Google WiFi not handle it. I switched to an ASUS router to get rid of the congestion, but there were dead zones that I just had to live with. Then came Nest WiFi. I've been going back and forth to get this set of two routers or a router and a set of mesh points. I was leaning towards a 2 router package as I could connect them to both. Setting up the first router (living room) was very easy. As stated by Google.{{{Second router installation took a while}}}I didn't set up the second router in my living room as the main router. What I did was connect both devices to their assigned areas, the living room as the main router and the basement as the second router. Again, the first router took a few minutes to connect. I also had to restart the modem, which was normal, to get both main routers to talk. However, router number two probably took me 10-20 minutes to watch the paint install and dry. The application said it couldn't create a mesh network or connect to a cloud server etc. However, with a little patience, I simply repeated the setup. Probably reset the setting about 4-5 times. In the end he completed the setup and both routers were found in the Google Home App/WiFi App. Now the problem was that the phone I connected everything to only connects to the main phone. I'm standing next to the second router and it doesn't automatically connect to it. The grid test says everything is fine, but Google sees 2 points. I manually rebooted both routers, first power cycling the main router, and then a second one about a minute later. Voila. House of 2000 sqm. Feet is extremely covered with mesh. A bit exaggerated, but dead center is a joke now. I find it fun to run around the house looking for dead zones, even when I'm not at home I can check email and still get 200Mbps. In short, patience is key. If you're as dedicated as I am, you'll make it. If it doesn't work well, you buy it from Amazon and send it back. There's a certain satisfaction there. I give it 5 stars because it works as advertised, good range, solid connection. No WiFi 6 as it's the new mesh WiFi in 2019 but with issues I had before this nested WiFi fixed everything. Added the original Google WiFi router as a {{wireless}} mesh node on my third floor. Bust. But now I know that one has to complain in my house.
