Review on ๐Ÿ–จ๏ธ PLA Filament 1: Top Additive Manufacturing Product for 3D Printing Supplies by Jay Jeong

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good quality and easy to print with

Black PLA filament was well packaged and sealed with desiccant in a transparent airtight bag, not resealable. The spool is made of plastic and offers only one set of filament holders per side and includes a label with the recommended printing temperature (200-230 C). I used a Prusa slicer with the default settings Prusa PLA with a layer height of 0.2mm and 5% infill. with my Prusa MK3S printer. All my prints have come out very well, at first it was a temp tower from Thingiverse which hovered between 240-190C, it printed fine at all temperatures but started to falter below 210C. Then I printed 100mm. A 100mm print of the first layer I made using TinkerCad. It typed smoothly and had no separation between lines. I printed a stand which also showed that the filament is a good choice for clean printing, has no lamination issues and bonds well. I printed a low poly vase found on Thingiverse in vase mode, not only did it print well but it showed how shiny the filament was. In addition to these prints, I printed several toothpaste keys, each scaled differently. Overall I'm happy with this thread, it hasn't had any clogs, elephant feet or other issues and I will consider purchasing the other suggested color options if needed.
