Wow, this tin can is awesome! I took my time, read the manual, watched user videos on youtube and made my own recording and it was a home run. I found several recipes that I wanted to try (spaghetti sauce, black beans, and caramelized onions) and each of them worked perfectly. In the first week of owning this Presto I downed 20 pints! I follow recipes exactly and it helped me to know there was no guesswork involved. I also prefer that pressure canning is mostly inactive work, while water bath canning requires a lot more work. I love this tin can and the ease of use!
