Review on 🔧 The Ultimate LockNLube Mini Grease Gun Kit: Easy and Efficient Greasing by Albert Wallin

I received the package earlier, which is very nice. When I opened the package and examined the contents. 360 degree clutch was missing. I then inspected the grease gun and found oil in it after removing the head. I tried managing the follower to see if I can download it. The push rod sticks back 1/4 of the way and tries to come back all the way. Have tried several times. Constantly stuck. I have returned the item and request a replacement. Maybe I just received a defective item that skipped quality control, or it was an item that was returned in error. I will write another review when I get a replacement and give it a try. UPDATE MAY 10, 2021. After receiving the replacement I opened it up and found the built in swivel was missing a second time. I checked the grease gun slider and it worked great. So all I needed was a built in swivel that wasn't in the box. I called the company directly. I was amazed when Jay answered the phone. I was expecting a voicemail reply. I informed Jay of the missing item and he said he would send the missing part immediately and investigate what happened to the two sets that contained the missing items. I received an email from Jay notifying me of the tracking number and part number of the item he shipped. I looked up the part number and found that it is a grease coupler and not a linear swivel. It was after hours so I waited, called back the next morning and spoke to Dave. I informed him of the confusion that had arisen in sourcing the missing part for the kit. He sent me a linear swivel and said he would check why two sets were missing this part. I received all the parts I needed within a few days. I just started greasing my tractor and I have to say this kit with the built in swivel and quick coupler for greasing was fantastic. I had to use a regular 90 degree coupler and fitting for some of the greasing points. I can invest in the LocknLube 90 degree coupler they offer because you don't have to remove the grease coupler and install a 90 degree coupler to use it. You just plug in the lubricated part of your fitting and you're good to go. Overall I am pleased with the performance of the mini grease gun and the excellent customer service provided by Jay and Dave at LocknLube. I highly recommend this kit if you are tired of breaking joints when trying to disengage the clutch from the Zerk after oiling or are having trouble making a good Zerk connection.
