I love that it is user friendly! You can easily set up an account with just one click of mouse or tap of finger. It also has great customer service to help troubleshoot any issues if they arise at anytime during implementation process. No worries - their team will walk through things step by step for free so make sure to ask them questions before starting out as well!! They are very helpful but not pushy in regards to sales/marketing products offered from other companies (we have used some). The best part about this software was how easy everything went along when setting up our first two locations. We were able to get multiple sites working within minutes which made managing volunteers much easier too.
