I love that they have the customer service department in India who are always available to help you out with any problems you may have. I also like how they make it easy for you to use this software. Their support team is very friendly and willing to answer all your questions. I don't like that sometimes when using their software there can be lag time between posts to our page but sometimes that can happen anywhere. We are able to communicate with our followers in a more personal way than before. Not only do we have a greater reach but we've been able to improve our retention rate as well.
