Excellent task management platform - helps greatly improve efficiency
The ability to track jobs, job status, and time spent on each job is great! I love that it can be used by employees as well as our customers! It has been very helpful in managing our internal maintenance department for over 5 years now. I wish we could have more robust reporting tools, but overall the system seems stable and reliable. Great tool for tracking and scheduling tasks. This software has helped us streamline our internal maintenance process. We use it to schedule equipment, keep track of jobs, and communicate with our customers.
Pros
- Interal's website was easy enough (and cheap)to create an account & login from my mobile device during business hours..even if you do not work out side your office/home environment.you would still need access while offsite at customer locations or away..very good service support staff too who assisted me along way...keep up their success story!!!!!1st
