INTERAL Maintenance Review

I like that it is very user friendly for my clients to use as they are not used too much with computer systems or software programs in general so this helps them be more comfortable using their own internal system which makes me happy! There isn't anything i dislike about InternallyMaintenanceSystems but if there was any thing would have been customer service support because we do need help sometimes when something goes wrong!! It's helpful mainly cause you can keep track of your employees time

The program allowed for easy organization of all my internal documents that I needed to use as part of my daily job functions (maintenance manager). It also helped me keep track of who was working where in order to avoid conflicts with our employees' time offs/schedules. That is about it! The ability to track jobs, job status, and time spent on each job is great! I love that it can be used by employees as well as our customers! It has been very helpful in managing our internal maintenance department for over 5 years now. I wish we could have more robust reporting tools, but overall the system seems stable and reliable.
