Review on INTERAL Maintenance by Phillip Reed

The program allowed for easy organization of all my internal documents that I needed to use as part of my daily job functions (maintenance manager). It also helped me keep track of who was working where in order to avoid conflicts with our employees' time offs/schedules. That is about it! Nothing really at this point but there are some features missing from Interal which could be helpful if you want more flexibility such as tracking employee's activities outside their shift hours etc., keeping your schedule up to date without having to rely heavily on Excel or Microsoft Outlook would definitely help those days when one has forgotten an event scheduled already posted by another department member - not being able to edit posts once they have been created can cause serious problems especially during busy times like holidays!! I like that it is easy to use in our facility with multiple departments using different systems (maintenance management system, PSA's). It would be great if there was an option for more customization of reports as well as greater scheduling options/features than what we currently have access too. We are able to keep track of all jobs from one central location which makes job tracking very efficient!
