Fits well but the quality is not very good.
Matches my 2001 Civic DX quite well. My stereo is a little further into the dash than I would like, but it works and looks good. As one reviewer said, the white plastic part is quite brittle and mine was already broken when I received it. With the defective part it still works perfectly. But don't expect great quality.
