Review on Gouache Carrying Students Watercolor Painting Painting, Drawing & Art Supplies by Guled Hamilton

I was very excited about my new palette. I knew there was a lot of hype surrounding him and his aesthetic, so I was a bit disappointed when he showed up today. The lid was very dirty (blame it was used before and sent back). I paid full price and didn't expect anyone to return the product. The palette was also dirty and the jelly cups didn't match. I wish I had a brand new kit because I ordered one and didn't get a discount on a used product. I'm just glad all the pods and brushes were honestly sealed. EDIT***: Amazing customer service! After writing my review they approached me for a refund and asked if I would like a new palette. I didn't even ask and they were so nice that they shook my hand and refunded my money. I know this was an isolated case for them and they treat their customers with respect. I would definitely buy from this shop again. Thank you!
