I love the cap that stays on the bottle while drinking. Dishwasher safe - a great feature, although I accidentally turned on the heat dryer and dropped the ribbon on it and melted half of it. But the strap is still usable, just badly worn. Another issue I had was that the hinge on the lid locking mechanism is a bit loose. That means it uses a pin to hold the mechanism in place. The pen is a bit wobbly and occasionally falls off. But here, too, I could always put it back in its place so that it was always usable. I had to throw it away when I moved because there wasn't enough space in my pockets. I plan to order a new one instead.
