Great Software For Customer Service And Ticketing

The best feature about this software has been its ability for me as an admin user, I am able have one inbox where all my team members are in sync with each other regarding our customers issues or questions we need help resolving them! This platform allows us keep track of everything within just 1 account which makes things easier than ever especially when you're managing multiple accounts at once like myself who's also handling several different clients' needs from time t otime!! Sometimes it will freeze up but nothing too major happens if there was something wrong happening i would definitely contact techsupport@suppobee since they do offer free trials so u get used using before making any decision whether good bad etc.

  • How easy is to use support bee? It really comes down how much knowledge that person already knows what certain tasks entails..like being new.there should be tutorial videos available online instead having people teach others by word because sometimes words can come across confusing
