SupportBee is the easiest way to manage your customer support emails. It is a web-based email support tool that helps (small) businesses organize their customer support emails efficiently. Multiple teams can collaborate and manage their cases collectively. SupportBee has the ability to collect and correlate all support emails in one system. You can collect emails from multiple addresses and contact forms.

Great product to manage your customer and prospect database

I like how easy it was for me, as an admin of my team's account management platform/CRM software system with many customers in multiple countries around Europe - just one single dashboard! The interface could be made smoother by having more focus put into making sure all features are available across desktop browsers but this has been addressed since then so we're good now too :) There were quite some bugs during early days when using mobile devices which have recently got improved however…

Great Software For Customer Service And Ticketing

The best feature about this software has been its ability for me as an admin user, I am able have one inbox where all my team members are in sync with each other regarding our customers issues or questions we need help resolving them! This platform allows us keep track of everything within just 1 account which makes things easier than ever especially when you're managing multiple accounts at once like myself who's also handling several different clients' needs from time t otime!!
