I like how easy it was for me, as an admin of my team's account management platform/CRM software system with many customers in multiple countries around Europe - just one single dashboard! The interface could be made smoother by having more focus put into making sure all features are available across desktop browsers but this has been addressed since then so we're good now too :) There were quite some bugs during early days when using mobile devices which have recently got improved however still not perfect yet! Try out before you buy if possible :). Reporting issues or tracking tickets from anywhere at anytime via our own internal CRMs without any additional apps required etc..
