This head needs to be paired with a long shower arm--specifically, one that can hang the head completely upside-down. The head fit on my short shower arm just fine, and I was hoping I would be able to adjust the angle of it. The head does not stay at the angle to which it is adjusted. It always wants to fall so that the top of the square tilts down and the bottom backs up into the wall behind it, as though it wants to rest horizontally. The bottom of the square hits the wall and rests on it. This causes the bottom rubber nozzles to take the brunt of the water pressure and the top nozzles to provide pathetic water pressure. This is aesthetically unpleasant and will also, over time, probably ruin the bottom nozzles. Overall it's technically better than my previous showerhead (which was the worst thing on the planet) but I'm still disappointed. I would not recommend this unless you have a long shower arm that can hold this head completely upside-down. It's too much of a hassle to return this so I'm not even going to bother, but I will not be returning to this brand for my other shower heads that need replacement.
