Ordered this to replace a corroded high-end shower head. For the low cost (some alternatives we looked at are > 10x the price), the look and quality is impressive. Installing it proved to be a little tricky as there were small manufacturing defects in the threading. But in the end it was fine and it works great. Water flows evenly, no leaks and looks good.

This head needs to be paired with a long shower arm--specifically, one that can hang the head completely upside-down. The head fit on my short shower arm just fine, and I was hoping I would be able to adjust the angle of it. The head does not stay at the angle to which it is adjusted. It always wants to fall so that the top of the square tilts down and the bottom backs up into the wall behind it, as though it wants to rest horizontally. I really wanted to love this product. The look was very nice and it was easy to install. Once it was installed it worked fine unless you tilt the shower head at a bit of an angle so it’s not so close to the shower wall, then the pressure drops and loses water and the highest section. I tried keeping it but it was so inconvenient at that point and sadly had to return it. It might just be an issue with my shower, but I haven’t had pressure problems before. Installation is a snap. Not complicated but instructions very clear. True rain shower feel. Large coverage area, even water distribution. Did not use the volume restrictor and glad of it. This IS a "rain shower"--not a pressured shower head. We love the feel since we also have a hand held head. If this is the only outlet you may find it an issue to get shampoo out of thick hair. I don't have that problem. Very satisfied with the purchase.

I replaced the shower head for one that was very noisy and only had 49 Jets this one has 144 and is very quiet and it's half the price totally awesome shower head

We put in a small shower and its large, but it looks great and works well. it very nice and looks expensive May require special cleaning products or methods.

I loved this shower head, I used to have one that was 4 inches in diameter and had a hard spray. This one has a soft waterfall so it feels like youre showering in rain, no more having to turn like a rotisserie chicken because this gets all your body wet. I recommend it for couples.

I was under the assumption it came with the extension but you have to order that separately that’s the only drawback for me

this is a pretty sturdy shower head and i couldn't find anything locally comparable for twice the price. tons of water flow and no leakage issues. keep in mind this is meant to hang always straight down, issues with leaks are likely from people mounting this at an angle that it was never designed to be mounted at.

This is the second one of these I have bought for our shower. The last one we installed in our previous home and we just installed this in our new home. Easy to install, good quality.

the shower head works great. i am 6 feet tall. so i needed to install an additional shower arm that brings the shower head higher.

Although my husband had to purchase an extended arm because it doesn’t come with one this was bat far the best purchase we have made for our bathroom. Even my husband raves about this shower head!

This was an impulse buy when my old shower head started struggling to pump out a steady stream. The head was there when I moved in years ago,so I figured it was best to just move on rather than do any deep cleaning of it. Decided to use this and have enjoyed it. I love this showerhead!I was looking for something that would increase coverage and also provide better pressure. This did both.I will admit, I wanted even more pressure but it still was a lot better than my previous showerhead so I can not complain. I purchased this rain shower head for an outdoor shower I built next to my hot tub. Water is heater with a 40 amp instant hot water heater. If you don't know about instant water heaters then understand that this is a small one and not reccomended for a shower application. In order to get the water hot enough I had to install a valve to slow down the flow of water going into heater and shower head.
