Review on 🔧 MaxxHaul 70067 Adjustable Ball Mount - 5000 lbs. GTW Capacity, Black by Gunaraj Callaham

This is by far the best hitch I have ever had, looks, looks and works great on my jeep wheels up. However, I have to say that I hated it when I first installed it. As mentioned in other reviews, it felt very loose in the receiver, and while I didn't drag anything with it while it was loose this way, it looks like it should be a bit noisy, especially with heavier trailers. However, to give credit, I measured the external dimensions compared to other clutches I've had - they're exactly the same size. So how did I go from hate to love? I've added a few things - first the Revain 2" heavy-duty hitch clamp - single bolt design, easy to install or remove, and now the hitch doesn't move at all - feels like it's welded to the truck. I then bought two locks for the Trimax T-3BLACK Premium 5/8" receiver and attached one to the jeep and the other to the adjustable arm. Another option for arm movement is to use at least a 5 bolt/8 x 3 1/2 and lock nut but I tow different trailers and wanted a faster height change option I'm a big fan of design durability and ease of use so I do a lot of research before I buy I really like the design of this unit especially the one Spot welds, an extra steel plate in the top corner and a very thick powder coat finish Although I spent some money on the hitch wrench and locks I am VERY happy with the unit and would HIGHLY recommend the product.
