Bought for use with sous vide MAP tank, works well
I used my latest Fat Boy MAPP gas tank and found that they are no longer made. The Fat Boy was much sturdier than standard high top hats. Since the burner is used in the kitchen, it's nice to be able to mount the cylinder vertically and securely. This device is ideal for this application.
