This is a cute accessory for a cartilage piercing, nose piercing, or as I use it for, a gauge earring. Snaps easily and I’ve never had it fall out in the 4 months I’ve been wearing it. Great little add on to a gauged ear, and all gems are in tact. Haven’t took it out since I received it, good quality for the price!
