The customer support is excellent and the team is very responsive. The tool is very easy to use and the platform is intuitive and allows for great data management. The dashboard is a bit confusing to navigate, and there is no way to export data to a spreadsheet. I wish that there was a way to export a report to a spreadsheet. Targetmatch is a great tool that allows us to target our audience in a way that we couldn't do before. It allows us to target a specific audience, and it helps us to segment our audience so that we can create more relevant content. It has allowed us to grow our audience and reach a more targeted group of people.
