I bought this beautiful chef's knife in February. A few months later I accidentally left it in a sink full of water overnight. A hole formed in the blade from my confusion, as if seven small bites had been ripped from the blade. I called the company to find a cure and they couldn't be more sympathetic! They told me to send it to them to have it professionally sharpened and as it was so new there was no charge. The knife was sent back in less than a week. The damage I caused is undetectable, it's like new. This knife is a pleasure, as is the company. Thank you Yoshihiro!
