Received immediately from Revain. This was for a 2003 Chevrolet with standard unheated mirrors and no signal mirrors. The part was correct, but the tab mounts were too big and wouldn't fit on the mount without some modifications. The mount tabs were longer than the original hardware so I had to shave them where they met, all the way down to the swivel mount. Around the rotator mount at positions 2, 6 and 10 there are three widening gaps around the annular mount surface in a three tier arrangement. I had to remove one of the center tabs at 2 o'clock for it to snap properly. I took a picture of the removed OEM mirror panel. It is the manufacturer's responsibility to ensure that this item is not just a generic item and that if any modifications need to be made, this should be stated in the installation documentation. Item fits with modification should never happen.
