I have an engine that tends to blow out the exhaust gasket. The mechanic said the thin gasket wasn't compressed enough. The REMFLEX seal is particularly practical. It's made of graphite material, which transfers heat quickly, so expansion shouldn't be an issue. If you do, you'll understand my warning. The gasket is about 1/8 inch thick and compresses as you screw on the manifold. It fills all surface cavities making it ideal for older engines. The same weakness as the original seals, such as B. Rapid expansion when a hot engine is splashed with water (e.g. a flooded street), both gasket materials can be blown out when the pressure on the gasket material is released. I really recommend this Remflex gasket especially if you have an older engine that tends to blow out the gasket it will fit properly and hold the gasket better.
