The ability to send out emails easily with all of our clients in one place is awesome as well as being able to have multiple people working together at once for larger events. It can be difficult sometimes when you are trying to find something that isn't there or not where it should be but this has only been an issue so far because we haven't really used everything yet - I think if more training was provided then things would work better/faster than they do now. We use flame booking system mainly for event management purposes which includes taking payments through Paypal etc. I like that I can keep track of my availability and also the amount of money I am earning. It's a bit slow and clunky sometimes, but it's a good system. I also dislike that you can't send out reminders to clients. I am currently using Flame Booking & Ticketing System to keep track of my availability, and I like that I can keep track of the amount of money I am earning.
