The ease in which it is able for me as an administrative assistant manage my RGs from anywhere with access via mobile or computer! It has been very beneficial that I am no longer required by our department manager walk over each RG before they are submitted into IRB process. There have not really any cons about having all aspects managed through one platform; however if there was you would think maybe some features could be enhanced such as being given different options after signing up rather than just accepting what we receive first time around? Being efficient when handling multiple requests at once without becoming overwhelmed while still meeting deadlines set forth within grants themselves - especially ones requiring many signatures/approvals like ours tend do get bogged down easily but also can help save valuable seconds throughout day too thus helping us meet tight schedules sometimes where others may struggle due lack thereof.
