Review on HENCKELS CLASSIC Bread and Cake Knife: 7 inch, Black/Stainless Steel Slice Through perfection by Jon Lesperance

Well, at least my set of Henckels is finished now. In fact, I did not need this knife, but there was an empty slot in the block and. Worked well but not for long. This big, sturdy knife is perfect: it cuts through bagels like a chainsaw and is big enough to cut through the largest loaf of bread. I haven't used it on soft bread but I'm sure a light touch will do the job. Well done Henkels. Your knives are the pride of my kitchen (along with my cast iron shaft) and have held up great for years - each knife is as sharp as the day I bought this set 12 years ago.
