I took for running in the winter and in the offseason. Now run 180km (two months). As expected, they are comfortable in a wide temperature range (from +5 to -15 - I don’t run colder). They keep excellent (except for near-zero snow porridge - the tread quickly clogs, a lot of snow sticks and you start to slip; but in such conditions, I think the Salomons show themselves a little better). I didn’t check for waterproofness (a couple of slaps of wet snow are held on top, but this is not an indicator). Excellent cushioning. The sole is thick, small and medium stones are not felt. Rigid enough for cross-country and uneven snow. Even on well-trodden snow, there is enough grip (of course, they don’t hold smooth ice). However, at first there was a marriage - during the warranty period, with a run of 80 km, the outsole began to peel off. I changed it under warranty (I did not find other options for the same money). Except for the replacement purchase very satisfied. I'm thinking about the same model without a membrane for the summer.
