The like the fact that this faucet arrived so quickly, I like the design, the size (height & diameter of the post-fits in restricted space), the fact that the pull-down is a metal encased rubber hose.(The old faucet was fiber/rubber and the rubber cracked and sprayed all over. The spray head design is easy to handle and the reach of the pull-out is adequate. It was very easy to install and even included extra parts to fit it to different optional-sized valves. The only negative would be that the gradation of water temperature in the valve handle is mostly either hot or cold. It is more difficult to quickly achieve a milder temperature, than others we have used. I'm sure we will get used to it.
