Review on 💻 IOGEAR 2-Port MiniView Micro PS/2 Audio KVM Switch with Cables - Enhanced Connectivity for Efficient Control by Luis Mercado

IOGEAR may have come a long way since the last reviews were posted in 2004, but I LOVE this product. If you can connect a keyboard, you can connect it in 2-3 minutes. I connected it to a new HP and a 5 year old Dell, the first with Vista, the second with XP. I have a set of Altec Lansing external speakers. The sound is as good as ever, the connection is responsive and switching between two PCs is a breeze with just a double press of the SCROLL LOCK button. Like magic. I wanted to move tons of files from one computer to another. I connected the flash drive to the Dell computer, copied files to it, moved the flash drive to the HP PC, double clicked SCROLL LOCK and dragged the files from the flash drive to the HP hard drive. I use ONE monitor, keyboard, mouse and ONE set of external speakers for both PCs. I need to log in to the same website with 2 different IDs at the same time, so 2 computers is the perfect solution for me. (They are both connected to my DSL box with Ethernet cables). It's a lot cheaper than buying a second monitor for another PC. Takes up MUCH less space than a second monitor. I am very satisfied with this IOMEGA Switch. Highly recommended.
