Review on 🔧 Hakko Desoldering Nozzle /1.3mm Long N61-13: Ideal Replacement Nozzle for FR-4101, FR-301 Desoldering Stations by Timothy Weems

I have had a Hakko FR-301 for many years. My old tip was showing its age and the canister was so dirty I couldn't see what was inside even after a thorough cleaning. So I replaced the tip with the (which should be identical). but for some reason they have a little bumper tip that wasn't on the old ones. This tip fails within seconds of reaching temperature. It just splits and falls off leaving a raw edge that will completely ruin your circuit board. I've had good luck with Hakko products but that has stopped me from trusting them. I don't know why this was changed from the original, but it's useless. DO NOT BUY
