Review on 🔑 Reliable Replacement Starter: TYC 1-06646 for Ford F-Series by Bill Schlag

Received the starter today and installed it this afternoon. Definitely spins the engine faster than the old starter (Adv Auto Brand) before it stalls. Very smooth sound (no grinding, squeaking etc) and I love the final control that comes with it. Provides you with all the results of the final QA tests performed on the launcher. It fit perfectly and had no problems with the installation or electrical connections. Hopefully it'll last a while, although there's a limited lifetime warranty in case there's a problem along the way. Update from 10/13/21 The starter stopped working the other day. It went like this for 4 years. I tried to get a replacement through TYC's Limited Lifetime Warranty. They told me they only offer replacement parts through "mechanic shops" or auto parts stores. They told me they couldn't help me and contact Revain. Revain obviously couldn't (wouldn't) replace him. Note that if you buy this through Revain you are essentially out of warranty after the Revain return date!
