Review on 🔥 High-performance Hot Max 22075 1/16-Inch E6013 1# ARC Welding Electrodes by Deshaun Fisher

I needed an electrode over 1/16" but under 3/16" for use with an 80 amp inverter welder. Using a welder with a generator as the power source seemed to reduce the available amperage to the point where the 3/16 inch diameter rods could no longer hold the arc. These slightly smaller electrodes allowed me to do repairs where there was no power. 1/16 inch electrodes also worked, but I was only able to get a bead about 2.5 cm long before changing the wands. For thicker materials I rooted with 1/16" 6011 to get decent penetration and then 5/64" 6013 for a nice and strong weld.
