Sorry I can't use this thing. So I can't comment on how it works, how easy it is to use, etc. It certainly looks well made. It's very easy. Mobility depends on whether you have an extension cord. This requires a wall socket or an inverter. The online documentation suggests it should work with Ubuntu 18, which should mean it will work with Ubuntu 20, but. None of my machines can talk to him. Don't buy if you only use Linux. I'm not going to install Windows just to scan some documents.
