Review on 🔧 GM Genuine Parts Automatic Transmission Fluid Filter Kit 24208576, complete with Gasket and Seal by Ryan Frawley

So I first bought a different brand filter for my 2004 Trailblazer EXT. It turned out to be a bad decision. These filter kits include a small round gasket that seals the filter tube in the transmission and the one that came with the first filter I bought WILL NOT FIT. It wasn't too big, it was actually too small and could FALL RIGHT. It won't seal shit! I bought the first filter a few months ago so it was too late to return it. I played it safe and just bought an original Delco AC for the second time and I should have done so from the start. As I expected, the AC Delco kit fitted perfectly. Another nice feature of Delco's AC kit is that it comes on a flat piece of cardboard and is sealed so the pan gasket is not fully folded and lays flat when installed. The AC Delco isn't very expensive, and for peace of mind, it's worth it if you get it right the first time.
