Great fitting part for the deep oil pan

Fits the OEM deep oil pan on my 2000 GMC Yukon XL. A deep pan can be said to be not flat at the bottom but has one side lower than the other. However, installation was not easy due to GM's design around the pallet. You will need to lower the exhaust pipe and also temporarily bend the throttle control bracket. Another recommendation is to buy a new drain plug so that you can replace yours if the bolt head comes loose. In my experience this one worked great: ACDelco 24233099 Use a 6-prong socketโ€ฆ

OEM works best! Best Transmission Filter

Perfect fit, exactly the same parts GM used to assemble the transmission. The old filter broke when I pulled it out so I'm glad I changed it! I installed this in the cockpit of a 2006 GMC Sierra. A few tips for this job from me, ASE:1 technique. If possible, use a vacuum pump to suck liquid out of the dipstick tube. This will save you from a possible big mess.2. Remove dirt and grime from around the pot before removing it. Brake cleaner is your friend here, I used 5 cans for this job.3. Removeโ€ฆ

Just get the original Delco AC or you'll have to buy 2 like me.

So I first bought a different brand filter for my 2004 Trailblazer EXT. It turned out to be a bad decision. These filter kits include a small round gasket that seals the filter tube in the transmission and the one that came with the first filter I bought WILL NOT FIT. It wasn't too big, it was actually too small and could FALL RIGHT. It won't seal shit! I bought the first filter a few months ago so it was too late to return it. I played it safe and just bought an original Delco AC for theโ€ฆ

took these and several packaging photos as some people have complained about the packaging. Both of my examples were excellent. You can see in the picture that the plastic is a bit loose as I cut a small section to pull the gasket out where it was visible in the photo, but before that the plastic was very tight. The ACDelco label can also be seen on one of the photos - it is an original part (sometimes there are fakes / third-party parts). The box it came in was the right size and it was on its

If you are worried about this work, please buy genuine parts.

I have a 2001 Suburban 1500 with 217,000 miles on the original engine and transmission. Both still work great and I want them to stay that way for as long as possible. About 80,000 miles ago I went to a "quick lube" shop to change a transmission fluid and gave them a container of Renew to add to the new fluid. They do this job like an oil change. You don't remove the pan and don't change the internal transfilter. During that time there weren't any problems so everything seemed to be workingโ€ฆ
