took these and several packaging photos as some people have complained about the packaging. Both of my examples were excellent. You can see in the picture that the plastic is a bit loose as I cut a small section to pull the gasket out where it was visible in the photo, but before that the plastic was very tight. The ACDelco label can also be seen on one of the photos - it is an original part (sometimes there are fakes / third-party parts). The box it came in was the right size and it was on its own (ordering multiple items can sometimes result in you throwing a small bowling ball or rocket like item in the box which can really ruin everything.” ** *First review below* ** Not sure about the complaints of some of the other reviewers, but I got a genuine AC Delco part with GM instructions, with the exact same filter as the factory filter, which I made in one piece Pulled cardboard to keep it from moving, pinched, damaged etc - and the gasket appears to be of good quality - it was a bit thinner than the factory cork gasket but it looked like a rubberised fiber material that needed to be really strong And the pan doesn't leak so it does its job The filter fits perfectly and it comes with a new gasket (which I didn't use because mine was good and was only a year old anyway r). And if you buy this - another tip - Revain has Havoline Dexron VI for about $45 each. r Case 12 - First class delivery! It's super cheap. At these prices, you can't afford not to change the filter and fluid. Buy 2 boxes, flush the bad through the radiator lines, which took 18 liters, then remove the sump, change the filter and add more liquid. Yes you wasted 4-5 liters but this is the cleanest way.
