The fastest analog meat thermometer I've ever had!
Couldn't believe how quickly it heated up to temperature. Seems accurate and has contributed to perfectly cooked dishes on my charcoal grill. I pocket a thermometer after searing when switching to indirect heat. Instead of poking a few holes in my roast to check the final temp, I stick this thermometer in and leave it in place. Although I use it with indirect heat, I haven't tried direct heat and I'm not sure I will.
