We're new to "rotary" ceramics (if that's what they call it). Even after watching some YouTube videos, we weren't very successful in forming a round piece of "something" on the wheel. Because this tone is so light and airy, we didn't think it would work on a round, but we were wrong. We put it on a wheel and used it like clay and it worked. We were able to control and manipulate that tone better. Several times we made a bowl or something nearby. For those who know what they are doing, this may not be clay for a potter's wheel. However, for learning, practice and understanding, this tone has worked great for us and helped us keep moving forward and not giving up!
