Radio antenna works

I bought this radio for my 2010 Ford Edge. The adapter for your radio does not fit the radio cable for my car. I asked before ordering if it would fit a 2010 Ford Edge. Please provide the correct fitting/adapter or I will have to return it. Radio on the radio should work, right? Many Thanks
