Review on Personas by Richard Alemayehu

I love that it is easy to use! It's like magic when you get good results from using this software in less than 24 hrs!! You can even create multiple personae for different markets or customers with one product/service if needed (such as having an image of what they are looking at).

The only thing i dislike about Personalization Marketing Suite Software tool would have been more options available within each market segmentation area such as; Company Size etc.. If there were some additional features added then we could surely recommend them further because all our team members really liked their functions once used so far. Our Team Members also had fun while creating new profiles & uploading content through various channels including Social Media Channels!
