Not what you think

I'll break this down into sections for easy understanding. written on the box. Of course, this could have been the case when it was developed a few years ago, but this system does not fit into the current era of gigabit Internet. The box even says "with Internet tariff plans up to 200 mb/s. I have to give them credit for that statement - they were right (more on that in Performance). 2.) Setup - I know anything worth waiting for is worth it, but because it's more or less three independent routers. connected to each other takes three times longer to set up than a traditional router. Yes, they insist on updating the firmware immediately and yes, I was a little disappointed in how long it took, but the most frustrating thing was the range. My wife and I live in a two story house about 1800 feet. Based on these measurements, one might think that this Velop system would be overkill for our family. but vice versa. The range of these knots is very disappointing. My goal in trying this system was to get faster speeds into my downstairs living room from my media closet at the opposite end of the house on the second floor. Crazy enough, but the knots couldn't get into the living room! And when I tied them, the speeds were just lightning fast. incredibly slow. 3.) Performance. The performance was much lower than I expected, but I think it's just that, what Linksys had planned. We have AT&T fiber gigabit in our house. attached images were speed. Guess which was the Velop system and which was the modem router AT&T forced you to use. I'll give you a hint. Velop is not the fastest. In general. I came back a day later and went back to the drawing board.
